The above information is used solely for the purposes of providing you with holiday accommodation and for us to accurately record the guests who are staying at our property as required by French law. We do not routinely share your information with any third parties, however we may be required to share your information if we believe, in our sole discretion that such disclosure is necessary to comply with legitimate and enforceable court orders or otherwise required by law. For example, with the French police.
We are now obliged to ask all guests to complete a ‘Fiche De Police’ before their stay at Villa Mimarmel . We are required to hold this form in our possession for 6 months from the date of arrival. Only the local police can ask for the details on this form. After 6 months this form is securely destroyed by us.

We retain, where provided to us, the name and email address of guests and potential guests (i.e. those who submit an accommodation enquiry) and use this information solely for the purposes of occasional marketing communications.
