By contracting to rent Villa Mimarmel from us, you indicate that you accept this Privacy Policy. We treat the personal information of our guests with the utmost respect and confidentiality and take reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is stored securely and accurately. The information we retain about you is as follows:

The lead guest’s email addresses

The above information is used solely for the purposes of providing you with holiday accommodation and for us to accurately record the guests who are staying at our property as required by French law. We do not routinely share your information with any third parties, however we may be required to share your information if we believe, in our sole discretion that such disclosure is necessary to comply with legitimate and enforceable court orders or otherwise required by law. For example, with the French police.

We are now obliged to ask all guests to complete a ‘Fiche De Police’ before their stay at Villa Mimarmel . We are required to hold this form in our possession for 6 months from the date of arrival.  Only the local police can ask for the details on this form.  After 6 months this form is securely destroyed by us.
